2. No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice
IAChatPro does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.
AI-generated responses are informational and operational in nature only.
Clients remain fully responsible for decisions, actions, and communications made using the platform.
3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
IAChatPro utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to automate interactions.
- AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies
- AI does not make autonomous legal, financial, or binding decisions
- Human oversight and escalation mechanisms are always required for critical actions
Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content when necessary.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using IAChatPro, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure that your use of WhatsApp and customer data complies with Meta policies and privacy laws
- Not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or abusive purposes
IAChatPro reserves the right to suspend services for misuse or violation of these Terms.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
IAChatPro processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all required consents from their end users before processing personal information through the platform.
6. Third-Party Services
IAChatPro may integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp, CRM platforms, calendar tools, analytics services, and cloud infrastructure providers.
IAChatPro is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by IAChatPro remain the exclusive property of IAChatPro or its licensors.
Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during the term of their agreement.
8. Service Availability
While IAChatPro aims to provide high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
9. Fees & Payments
Fees, billing terms, and payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements, proposals, or invoices.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
IAChatPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to IAChatPro in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IAChatPro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
12. Termination
IAChatPro may suspend or terminate access to services at its discretion if these Terms are violated.
Clients may terminate services according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec, Canada.
14. Changes to These Terms
IAChatPro may update these Terms periodically.
Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated revision date.
